Philosophy
I AM AN ARCHITECT FOCUSING ON THE IDEAL REUSE OF EXISTING SETTINGS.
SIMPLY PUT, LET’S MAKE NEW THINGS WITH THINGS WE HAVE ALREADY.
DESIGN IS NOT A LUXURY.
My focus includes open spaces, old buildings, extensions, interios & art.
Looking at old things doesn't mean looking backwards nor does it mean restoring a lost era one wishes to bring back. It triggers inspiration, it creates a future friendly to the past but that enhances absolute living in the new now.
I work with existing buildings, interiors or objects in order to bring them to a contemporary standard while keeping their original character. My goal is to keep as much as possible, to integrate existing details but also to create an environment with a mix of old and new.
I believe that great design should be available to everyone and at every scale.
For me this is a form of sustainability, of finding continuous purpose and alternatives instead of disposal. There is barely enough rough material to make new objects and there is also not enough space to throw them away.
Value doesn’t equal price, it equals the sum of the details, parts and purposes that a place has to offer.
Background
Having lived in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Romania, I've absorbed diverse European cultural influences throughout my life. Now settled in southern Tenerife, Spain, I am eager to extend these rich international perspectives beyond the professional architectural realm. As a licensed architect, now my intention is to make this knowledge accessible to a wider broader audience.
My passion lies in the potential of existing buildings. I see them through a unique lens, treating each building not just as property, but as a space full of untapped potential. This perspective can be traced back to my childhood days spent exploring my grandmother's attic, and this curiosity remains a cornerstone of my professional life today.
Through my work and my YouTube channel, I share this architecture-backed viewpoint, inviting others to rethink what real estate and value can truly mean.

This superb piece of technology & architecture was just waiting for the right people to bring some new air in: hello, 12 unique circular apartments where you can run around endlessly (no joke, there’s nothing to stop you, that was the idea)
-
This is an 1838 single familty house in much need of care, but she’s got it coming: extensive renovation including waterproofing, window upgrades, internal layout update, a double amount of bedrooms and triple amount of bathrooms. Yes, it all fits in there because we’re using every single nook.

This former complex made of brewery, main house and workshops will be turned into a cool area with 50 aprtments (there’s no 2 apartments that are identical), underground elevator parking, different views and perks (maybe it’s a loading dock, maybe a bedroom inside a furnace, who knows)
